   If an item you ordered online is selling for less on the website within 14 days of its ship date, Customer Care will refund the difference to your original form of payment. It has to be the same style, color and size, and limited-time offers, promotions and flash sales don't count. 1. A used Reward isn't given back on a return

   The program terms say a Reward's value isn't refunded when you return or exchange what you bought with it, and the return policy prorates other discounts across the refund.^{[2, 7]}

2. Rewards last 90 days

   Each Reward expires 90 days after it's issued. Points expire 12 months after they're earned, or if you make no purchase for 12 months in a row.^{[1, 2]}

3. Price adjustments skip limited-time deals

   A price drop during a Limited Time Offer, promotion or flash sale doesn't qualify, and the 14 days for online orders run from the ship date.^[9]

4. Orders lock almost at once

   Victoria's Secret says that in most cases an order is prepared for shipment immediately and can't be changed or canceled, so contact Customer Care straight away about a missed code.^{[5, 14]}

5. Card balances cost 35.99% APR

   The rates summary dated October 2026 lists a 35.99% purchase APR for both versions of the card, and a penalty APR of up to 39.99% may apply after a late payment.^[4]
