SHEIN Coupon Codes & Smart Ways to Save

SHEIN's coupons are one-per-order and full of fine print. The steadier savings come from its free-shipping days, points, the free first return and — for heavy shoppers — SHEIN CLUB.

Does SHEIN have coupon codes?

Yes — SHEIN issues coupons when you register, through the app, in pop-ups on the homepage, after purchases and through influencers it works with. Only one coupon works per order, each can be used once, and none can be exchanged for cash. We list only codes SHEIN makes public.[3]

Our verdict

Order on a Sunday or Thursday to get free shipping from $15 instead of $29, bundle returns into a single request per order (the first return is free, each extra one costs $6.99), and spend your SHEIN Points — 100 points take $1 off, up to half the order.

SavedRight is independent and not affiliated with SHEIN. Some store links may earn us a commission; that never changes what we recommend. How we make money

Ways to save at SHEIN

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. Place small orders on a Sunday or Thursday

Free shipping from $15 instead of $29Low effortAnyone with a small basket

Standard shipping is free on orders over $29 and costs $3.99 below that. But on Sundays and Thursdays the free-shipping minimum drops to $15, and your very first order also ships free over $15. Free shipping covers items shipped directly by SHEIN; Marketplace sellers can set their own thresholds.[2]

    1. Build your cart during the week.
    2. Check out on a Sunday or Thursday if it's between $15 and $29.
    3. Don't cancel an item afterwards — dropping below the minimum adds the shipping fee back.
  2. Send every return from an order in one go

Avoid a $6.99 fee per extra returnLow effortAnyone returning more than one item

Your first return from each order is free, however many eligible items it includes. For the second and any later return from the same order, SHEIN deducts a $6.99 shipping fee from the refund. Try everything on first, then return all of it together through a Happy Returns or USPS drop-off.[1]

  3. Earn SHEIN Points — and actually spend them

100 points = $1, up to half an orderSome effortRepeat shoppers

You earn 1 point per dollar on products once you confirm delivery, up to 17 points per item for a review (5 for the text, 10 more for a photo, 2 more for size details) and up to 100 points for verifying your email. At checkout, points can cover up to 50% of the order, but not shipping or tax, and the ones expiring soonest are used first.[5, 6]

    1. Press “Confirm Delivery” in My Orders once your parcel arrives — points aren't awarded without it.
    2. Leave a review with a photo and your size on items you keep.
    3. Check “My Points” before every order so nothing expires unused.
  4. Pick the single best coupon for each order

The biggest discount you holdLow effortAnyone with coupons in My Coupons

SHEIN coupons come in several types — a fixed amount off, a percentage off the whole order, a percentage off non-sale items only, and free-shipping coupons. Only one coupon can be used per order, and each can be used once, so compare them in My Coupons and use the one worth the most for that particular basket. SHEIN CLUB's extra 5% can be used alongside a coupon.[3, 4]

  5. Tick On-Time Delivery at checkout

500 points ($5) if your order is lateLow effortEvery order

The On-Time Delivery service is free on standard and express shipping, but only if you check its box at checkout. If your order misses the estimated date, SHEIN adds 500 points to your account within 2 business days. They expire 30 days after they're issued.[6, 7]

  6. Join SHEIN CLUB only if you order often

Extra 5% off non-sale items, plus shipping couponsSome effortFrequent shoppers

Members get an extra 5% off eligible non-sale items (up to $800 of discount every 31 days), recurring shipping coupons, points at a higher rate and wallet credit on select products. The membership fee is whatever SHEIN shows when you sign up, and it can't be paid with points, gift cards or wallet credit. Read the cancellation rules before you join — they're strict.[4]

SHEIN gives out coupons when you register, in the app, on the homepage and after purchases. Only one coupon works per order, each can be used once, and they can't be exchanged for cash — so save your biggest coupon for your biggest basket.

6 rules · shein.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What SHEIN says about shipping, returns, return fees, refunds, coupons and delivery problems — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Shipping

Standard is free over $29 (over $15 on Sundays and Thursdays); otherwise $3.99.

Express shipping costs $12.90, or $7.90 on orders over $139. Free shipping covers items shipped directly by SHEIN — items from Marketplace sellers can have different thresholds. Items labelled Local ship from a US warehouse; if local stock runs out they ship from abroad and take longer.[2]

Returns

30 days from delivery for most items.

Clothing must be unworn and unwashed with tags and any hygiene sticker intact; shoes should only have been tried on a soft, clean surface, and sets must come back complete. Some Marketplace sellers use a longer or shorter window, shown on the product page. Items from SHEIN that can't be returned include bodysuits, lingerie, underwear, jewelry, accessories, cosmetics, pet products, clearance items and free gifts.[1]

Return fees

First return from each order free; $6.99 for each later one.

The free first return is subject to SHEIN's Fair Use policy. If you choose to send a return yourself, you pay that carrier directly. Oversized items, or returns from remote areas, may need to be shipped by you up front and reimbursed after they pass inspection.[1]

Refunds

To your card or SHEIN Wallet; the original shipping fee isn't refunded.

After the return reaches the warehouse and passes inspection, your bank typically takes 1–10 business days to show the refund. Items returned used or damaged get a reduced refund, or none if they can't be resold. If something arrives faulty or damaged, contact customer service within 90 days of the order date.[1]

Coupons

One per order, single-use, no cash value.

Every coupon has an expiry date; expired ones are marked unavailable and deleted after three months. If you cancel or return a whole order, the coupon comes back (unless it has expired). After a partial return, it counts as used — and your refund can shrink, as explained below.[3]

Delivery problems

Report a missing order within 45 days.

If a package hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date. If tracking says delivered but nothing came, or items are missing or wrong, contact SHEIN within 45 days of the delivery date shown in tracking.[2]

4 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. Partial returns can claw back your coupon

If you used a minimum-spend coupon and your return leaves the order below that minimum, SHEIN reduces your refund. Example from its own policy: with $5 off a $15 purchase, returning enough to leave less than $15 cuts your refund by $5.[3]

  2. SHEIN CLUB's short trial can renew as a quarterly plan

When a 31-day membership is sold together with quarterly auto-renewal, it rolls into a paid 93-day plan unless you cancel first. In the first 3 weekdays you can cancel for a refund, minus the value of any benefits you've used; after that, you can only cancel if you haven't used a single benefit.[4]

  3. No “Confirm Delivery”, no points

Purchase points are only awarded after you confirm delivery, and not at all if you haven't done it within six months. Returning items later takes the points you earned on them back out of your balance.[5]

  4. Late-delivery points need the box ticked

On-Time Delivery only pays out if you checked its box at checkout. The 500 points also expire 30 days after they're issued, so use them on your next order.[7]
