   Customers who download the UNIQLO app for the first time and register their online store membership get a $10 off $75+ coupon. Unlike the welcome, birthday and referral coupons, which are online only, it works in Uniqlo stores as well as online, and it lasts until the end of the month after the one it's issued in. To use it in a store, your UNIQLO.com and app accounts have to be linked.^{[1, 2]}

   1. Download the UNIQLO app and register, using the same email address as on UNIQLO.com.
   2. Find the coupon under Coupons on your membership page.
   3. Online, tap Coupon in the cart and Apply it; in a store, scan your membership and pick the coupon at checkout.

2. Shop the Limited-Time Offers signed in

   Uniqlo's Limited-Time Offers page lists items at an Online + App-Member Price with an end date on each — on October 16, 2026, jeans, T-shirts, pants and bags were priced that way until October 21, while supplies last. Uniqlo says Online + App promotions are for customers registered on UNIQLO.com or the app — its app page lists exclusive member prices among the perks — so sign in before you check out. Bundles are on the separate Multibuy page, such as 2 pairs of HEATTECH socks for $14.90.^{[6, 7, 8, 18]}

3. Pick up in store instead of paying for shipping

   Standard shipping costs $7.99 until your order reaches $99, but Ship to Store and Pick Up Today are free with no minimum. Ship to Store takes 3–7 business days and gives you 14 calendar days to collect; Pick Up Today can be ready in as little as an hour, though not every item qualifies and busy times take longer. Free shipping to stores applies in the continental US.^{[3, 4, 5]}

   1. Add items to your cart on UNIQLO.com or in the app.
   2. At checkout, change the delivery option to In-Store Pick Up (or choose Pick Up Today on the product page) and pick a store.
   3. Collect with your order number or membership ID once you get the ready notification.

4. Ask a store for a price adjustment within 14 days

   If something you bought in a Uniqlo store gets cheaper, you can request a one-time price adjustment at any US Uniqlo store within 14 days of purchase — bring the receipt; the item itself doesn't need to come along. It doesn't cover items bought during pre-advertised promotions, and online orders aren't eligible at all: Uniqlo's only suggestion there is to return the item, with return fees.^{[8, 9]}

5. Use your birthday, sign-up and referral coupons

   Registered customers get a $5 off $50+ birthday coupon for online orders, issued on the 1st of the birthday month (or the day you register, if that's during it) and valid until the month ends. Referring a friend to the app gets you both $10 off $100+ online — yours arrives 30 days after their order ships and expires a month later. Uniqlo also offers $5 sign-up coupons for emails, texts and new accounts with $50 or $75 minimums, so check each coupon's Details — and remember only one coupon works per order.^{[1, 2, 17]}

1. A coupon can cost you free shipping

   The $99 free-shipping threshold is measured after coupons, so a $10 coupon on a $105 order leaves $95 — and $7.99 shipping. Add an item, or pick up in store.^[3]

2. Store pickup orders still go back by mail

   Collecting an online order in a store doesn't let you return it there: it goes back by mail with $7 deducted, unless you paid with Pay In-Store. The store can only exchange it for another size or color.^{[12, 14]}

3. A coupon's value is lost on returns

   When you return part of an order that used a coupon, that item's share of the coupon comes off your refund, and the coupon isn't reissued. The original shipping charge isn't refunded either.^[16]

4. Forgot the coupon? You have 30 minutes

   Uniqlo can't add a coupon to an order once it's placed. Cancel within 30 minutes of ordering — the coupon is reissued — and order again with it applied.^[2]

5. Hemmed means final

   Altered or hemmed items can't be returned or exchanged, and alteration fees aren't refunded — be sure of the size and fit before you have anything shortened.^{[11, 13, 15]}
