Norton Promo Codes, Coupons & Renewal Prices

Norton's discount sits in the first-year price: on October 17, 2026, Norton 360 Deluxe cost $49.99 for year one on us.norton.com, then $124.99 a year. The other savings are a 7-day trial, 60-day refunds on annual charges and switching off auto-renewal early.

Does Norton have promo codes or coupon codes?

Norton's plan pages have a Promo code box, but on October 17, 2026 we found no public code published on us.norton.com. Norton's discount comes as a reduced first-year price already shown on each plan's page — $49.99 for the first year of Norton 360 Deluxe that day — and its Terms of Sale say it can end a discount or change prices at any time.[1, 8]

Our verdict

Buy at the first-year price but plan around the renewal: on October 17, 2026 Norton 360 Deluxe was listed at $49.99 for year one, renewing at $124.99 a year, and Norton can bill a renewal up to 35 days before the term ends. Changed your mind? An annual purchase, and each annual renewal charge, can be refunded within 60 days; a monthly plan only within 14 days of the first payment.

Ways to save at Norton

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. Buy at the first-year price and budget for the renewal

Deluxe: $49.99 instead of $124.99Low effortNew subscribers buying on us.norton.com

Norton's US plan pages put a reduced first-year price next to the renewal price it's measured against. On October 17, 2026, Norton 360 Deluxe was $49.99 for year one against $124.99 a year at renewal, Norton 360 Standard $39.99 against $94.99, and Norton 360 with LifeLock Select Plus $99.99 against $189.99. Those renewal figures match Norton's renewal price list, effective March 2026; Norton says the list can change, but that it emails you before billing.[1, 2, 9]

    1. Open the plan's page on us.norton.com and note both prices.
    2. Look up the same plan on Norton's renewal price list at us.norton.com/pricing.
    3. Set a reminder for about five weeks before your first year ends.
  2. Try Norton 360 free for 7 days first

A week of full protection at no chargeLow effortAnyone unsure which plan fits

Norton's free-trials page offers 7-day trials of Norton 360 Standard, Norton 360 Deluxe and Norton 360 with LifeLock Select Plus. You need a Norton account and a payment method, and the paid subscription begins when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If the first annual charge after a trial goes through, Norton's refund policy still allows a full refund within 60 days of that charge.[3, 4]

    1. Choose a plan on us.norton.com/downloads and start the trial.
    2. Install it on every device you want to cover.
    3. Cancel before the seventh day if you don't want the paid plan.
  3. Ask for your money back within 60 days if it isn't right

A full refund on an annual planLow effortAnnual plans bought directly from Norton

Under Norton's 60-Day Money Back Guarantee, an annual subscription bought from Norton is refundable in full if you ask within 60 days of buying it, and every later annual charge gets its own 60-day window. Monthly plans are treated differently: only the first payment can be refunded, within 14 days. Have your order number, product serial number or product key ready when you contact Member Services & Support.[3]

  4. Switch off auto-renewal before Norton bills you

No surprise renewal chargeLow effortAnyone on an annual plan

Norton subscriptions renew on their own, and Norton can charge your card up to 35 days before the term ends. Annual subscribers get an email with the renewal price and billing date first. Turning renewal off in My Subscriptions keeps your protection running until the paid term is over; Norton may show offers to keep you along the way.[5, 6, 7]

    1. Sign in to your Norton account and open My Subscriptions.
    2. Choose Cancel Subscription Renewal or Manage Renewal, then Unsubscribe next to Plan Renewal.
    3. Pick a reason, confirm, and allow up to 24 hours for the change to show.
  5. Skip a separate mobile plan if you have Deluxe

Norton Mobile Security at no extra costLow effortNorton 360 Deluxe and Norton 360 with LifeLock buyers

Norton sells Norton Mobile Security as a standalone plan for one device — on October 17, 2026 the Android version was $19.99 for the first year and $29.99 a year after. The same page says that Norton 360 Deluxe and Norton 360 with LifeLock plans already include it, so phones covered by one of those plans don't need the standalone app.[15]

  6. Line up renewal dates for the multi-subscription discount

$10 off each extra annual planSome effortHouseholds with several standalone Norton plans

If you keep two or more standalone annual subscriptions that renew automatically on the same billing date, and one of them is Norton Secure VPN 1 Device, Norton takes $10 off for every subscription from the second one at each renewal. Add-on subscriptions and single-use services don't count, and cancelling one plan's renewal before it's charged removes that plan's discount. Norton says the amount can change or the offer can end.[10]

Norton coupon codes

Codes and offers kept by David Jones, who lists only codes the store makes public.

Pages on us.norton.com carry a Promo code box, but on October 17, 2026 we found no public code published there; Norton's first-year discounts are already built into the prices on each plan page. We'll list a Norton code only if Norton publishes one on its own site, with its terms.

No public code we could confirm right now

We would rather show nothing than a code that fails at checkout. The ways to save above work without one.

6 rules · norton.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What Norton says about auto-renewal, cancelling renewal, refunds on annual plans, refunds on monthly plans, free trials and app store purchases — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Auto-renewal

On by default, and billed up to 35 days before the term ends.

Norton charges your saved payment method at the price in force at renewal, which can differ from what you first paid. Annual subscribers are emailed the renewal price and billing date beforehand; Norton's Terms of Sale say plans billed monthly without an annual commitment may not get an email before each charge.[6, 7, 8]

Cancelling renewal

Turn it off in My Subscriptions any time before the billing date.

You can also ask Norton to do it — its US pages list 844-488-4540. Protection continues to the end of the paid term and you aren't charged again, but benefits tied to automatic renewal may stop: the Virus Protection Promise, for example, requires an automatically renewing subscription.[4, 5, 6, 14]

Refunds on annual plans

A full refund within 60 days of buying, or of any renewal charge.

This is Norton's 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for subscriptions of a year or more bought directly from Norton. Request it through Member Services & Support; Norton says requests are typically processed within a few days, the money goes back to the payment method that was charged, and you must uninstall the software once the contract is cancelled.[3, 12]

Refunds on monthly plans

Only the first payment, and only within 14 days.

A monthly subscription is refundable in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it; the monthly charges after that aren't. When a trial turns into a monthly plan, the first charge after the trial gets the same 14-day window.[3]

Free trials

A payment method is required, and the charge comes when the trial ends.

Cancel before the trial is over if you don't want to pay. If you miss it, the first annual charge after a trial can still be refunded within 60 days, and the first monthly charge within 14 days.[3, 4]

App store purchases

Cancel with the store that billed you.

Norton plans bought as in-app purchases can only be cancelled or changed in the Apple App Store, Google Play Store or Microsoft Store, and deleting the Norton app doesn't cancel them. Norton's refund terms cover purchases made directly from Norton; some purchases billed by app stores, retailers or other resellers are excluded from them.[3, 11]

5 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. Year two costs far more than year one

On October 17, 2026, Norton 360 Deluxe was $49.99 for the first year and $124.99 a year at renewal; Norton 360 Standard went from $39.99 to $94.99. Budget for the renewal price, not the headline one.[1, 2, 9]

  2. The renewal can land weeks before the end date

Norton may charge you up to 35 days before your subscription is due to end, so a reminder set for the expiry date can come too late. Turn renewal off before the billing date in Norton's renewal email.[6, 7]

  3. Monthly charges after the first aren't refundable

Only the first payment on a monthly plan can be refunded, within 14 days. If you're unsure about Norton, an annual plan keeps the 60-day refund window open.[3]

  4. No refund on a repeat purchase that was refunded before

Norton's refund policy excludes repeat purchases that were refunded before, services already redeemed or set up, and complimentary or not-for-resale software.[3]

  5. Two Norton pages, two Gamers trials

On October 17, 2026, Norton's free-trials page described a 7-day Norton 360 for Gamers trial renewing at $99.99 a year, while the Gamers product page offered a 30-day trial renewing at $119.99 a year — the figure on Norton's renewal price list. Go by the terms on the page you actually sign up from.[2, 4, 13]
