Factor Promo Codes, Hero & New-Customer Deals

Factor front-loads its discounts: 50% off a new customer's first box and 20% off boxes 2–5, or 55% off box one and 15% off the next 51 for eligible heroes. After that, skipping weeks before the 11:59 PM CT lock and $40 referral credits keep costs down.

Does Factor have promo codes?

Yes, mostly for new customers: on October 16, 2026 factor75.com advertised Get 50% Off + Free Breakfast for 1 Year, which requires a code and a new subscription. Codes go in the "Do you have a discount code?" field at signup, and Factor's terms make a voucher single-use, for first-time customers and limited to the first week unless it states otherwise.[1, 2, 3]

Our verdict

Work in healthcare, teach, serve as a first responder or in the military? Check your eligibility with ID.me or GovX: the Hero Discount takes 55% off box one, ships it free and cuts 15% off each of the next 51 boxes. Otherwise sign up through Factor's own offer — 50% off the first box, 20% off boxes 2–5 — and once you're in, skip unwanted weeks before your 11:59 PM CT lock instead of cancelling, because cancelling voids the free breakfast item permanently.

Ways to save at Factor

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. Unlock the Hero Discount through ID.me or GovX

55% off box 1, then 15% off 51 boxesLow effortHealthcare workers, teachers, first responders, military and veterans

Factor's Hero Discount page takes 55% off your first box and ships it free, then gives 15% off each of the next 51 boxes once ID.me or GovX confirms your status (GovX is for military and first responders). New customers qualify, and so do former customers whose account was deactivated more than a day earlier. It works once, expires 380 days after purchase, leaves out premiums, meal upgrades and taxes, varies for some plan sizes and can't be paired with gift cards or any other promotion; the page's own FAQ lists fewer groups than its steps do, so confirm you qualify during verification.[4]

    1. Open the Hero Discount page on factor75.com (linked from the plans page as "Special discount for heroes!").
    2. Choose Verify with ID.me or Verify with GovX and confirm your status.
    3. Continue to checkout, where the savings show up automatically.
  2. Sign up through Factor's own 50%-off offer

    50% off box 1, 20% off boxes 2–5Low effortFirst-time customers

On October 16, 2026 factor75.com headlined Get 50% Off + Free Breakfast for 1 Year, which needs a code and a new auto-renewing subscription. The fine print sets 50% off the first box and 20% off boxes 2 to 5, and adds one breakfast item to every box for as long as your subscription stays active. Factor says the discounts differ by plan size, and they never reduce premiums, meal upgrades, add-ons, taxes or the shipping fee charged on each delivery.[1]

  3. Skip the weeks you don't need, before the lock

Nothing charged for a skipped weekLow effortSubscribers

Factor charges nothing for a week you skip, as long as you do it before that order locks at 11:59 PM Central Time, about five days ahead of delivery — the My Menu page shows your exact deadline. A skip covers only the week you pick, and deliveries resume on their own the week after. Staying subscribed matters here: cancelling voids the free breakfast item from the new-customer offer, and Factor can withdraw promotional or compensation Factor Cash when an account is cancelled.[1, 2, 3]

    1. Log in and pick the upcoming delivery date at the top of the page.
    2. Click Change or Skip Delivery.
    3. Choose Skip Week in the pop-up before your lock time.
  4. Refer friends who've never ordered

$40 credit per friend, up to 10Some effortSubscribers with friends new to Factor

Logged-in subscribers find a personal invite link under Feed Friends. A first-time customer who signs up with it gets up to $150 off spread over their first 6 orders, and after you activate the voucher Factor emails you, $40 appears in your Benefits wallet — for at most 10 successful referrals. Nothing is issued if your friend checks out with a different promo code, and Factor's terms let it withdraw referral credits if your code is posted on a third-party website other than your own social profiles or blog.[2, 3]

  5. Try a few meals from Target without subscribing

No subscription; a buy-2-get-1 rebateSome effortAnyone who shops at Target

Factor sells five of its meals in the refrigerated deli section at Target, with no subscription. On October 16, 2026 Factor's retail page also advertised buy 2, get 1 on us: send a photo of your Target receipt through its Redeem Offer link, and Factor says the cost of one meal comes back within 24–48 hours. The page shows no end date, so check the offer is still listed before you shop.[6]

Factor promo codes

Codes and offers kept by David Jones, who keeps this guide's deals current.

We don't list Factor codes: section 9 of its Terms of Use bars copying or publishing its vouchers without written approval. This guide points to the offers Factor itself shows on factor75.com, and a new-customer code is entered once, at signup.

We don't list Factor codes

Factor's codes are personal, and its rules don't allow sites like ours to publish them — so this guide sticks to the savings above, which work without one.

6 rules · factor75.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What Factor says about cancellation, refunds, skipping, billing, promo codes and credits and delivery area — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Cancellation

Free to cancel online, before your weekly lock.

On the web, open Settings, scroll to the Status section, click Deactivate My Plan and then Cancel Anyway; in the iOS app it's Profile, Plan Settings, End meal subscription. You can also email help@factor75.com with your full name and account email. An order that has already locked is still charged and delivered — Factor's terms give the example of a Tuesday delivery, which must be cancelled by Wednesday 11:59 PM CT of the previous week.[2, 3]

Refunds

Report a problem meal within 5 days of receiving it.

Email help@factor75.com or call (888) 573-5727. Factor decides whether to credit the meal or, in some cases, refund part or all of it, and may ask for a photo or the meal itself first; a meal that arrives warmer than 41°F should be thrown away and reported. Cancelling never brings a prorated refund for the week you've already paid.[3]

Skipping

A skipped week costs nothing — if you skip before the lock.

A skip applies only to the week you choose, and deliveries restart automatically afterwards. Locked orders can't be skipped, and subscribed add-ons are skipped along with the box, because Factor doesn't ship add-ons without meals.[2, 3]

Billing

Charged the day after your lock, the week before delivery.

Add-ons are billed together with the meal box. When a promotion ends, boxes renew at the standard non-promotional rate, and Factor promises at least 10 days' notice before changing your plan's price. Redeeming a voucher can trigger a $1.00 authorization charge, which is refunded.[2, 3]

Promo codes and credits

Codes are for newcomers; credits wait for an undiscounted box.

Unless a voucher says otherwise, it works once, only for first-time customers, and discounts only the first week. Factor's FAQ adds that credits can't be combined with vouchers or other discounts and apply automatically to a box without a discount, while the new-customer and hero offers exclude gift cards and every other promotion.[1, 2, 3, 4]

Delivery area

The 48 contiguous states only.

Factor doesn't deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories. Boxes arrive on a Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday depending on your zip code, through carriers including CMS, UDS, AxleHire, UPS and FedEx; if weather or other events make a delivery impossible, Factor cancels it and issues a credit at its discretion.[2, 3]

5 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. Cancelling kills the free breakfast for good

Factor ties the new-customer breakfast item to an active subscription: once you cancel, the perk is void, and reactivating later won't bring it back. Skip weeks instead if you only need a break.[1]

  2. Credits sit out discounted boxes

Factor's FAQ says credits can't be combined with vouchers or other discounts and apply automatically to a non-discounted box, so a referral credit waits for a box with no discount on it.[2]

  3. The discount never covers shipping

The new-customer offer's fine print says a shipping fee applies to all deliveries, the first box included. Premium meals, meal upgrades and add-ons are outside the discount too.[1]

  4. Your lock time depends on your delivery day

Factor's terms and FAQ tie the 11:59 PM CT lock to the day your box arrives, and a first or reactivated box can follow a different schedule. Go by the deadline on your My Menu page, not a fixed weekday.[2, 3]

  5. Promotional Factor Cash can vanish when you cancel

Factor Cash issued as a promotion, discount or compensation — referral awards included — can be expired and withdrawn when you cancel your account. That clause covers funds Factor gave you, not gift card credit or money you paid in yourself.[3]

Factor savings FAQ

Yes, mostly for new customers: on October 16, 2026 factor75.com advertised Get 50% Off + Free Breakfast for 1 Year, which requires a code and a new subscription. Codes go in the "Do you have a discount code?" field at signup, and Factor's terms make a voucher single-use, for first-time customers and limited to the first week unless it states otherwise.[1, 2, 3]

Yes — the Hero Discount. Military members and veterans who verify through ID.me or GovX get 55% off box one, shipped free, plus 15% off each of the following 51 boxes. It can't be combined with any other promotion.[4]

Factor's group discount is the Hero Discount, whose steps name medical providers, nurses, hospital employees, teachers, first responders, military members and veterans — students aren't listed. The page's FAQ gives a shorter list without teachers, so teachers should confirm eligibility during ID.me verification.[4]

No. The new-customer offer's terms say a shipping fee applies to every delivery, including the discounted first box. The Hero Discount ships the first box free, and subscribers can see their current shipping cost under Plan Settings.[1, 2, 4]

Log in, open Settings, scroll to the Status section, click Deactivate My Plan and then Cancel Anyway — or email help@factor75.com with your full name and account email. Do it before your weekly lock; a box that has already locked is still charged and delivered.[2, 3]

Yes. Pick the delivery date, click Change or Skip Delivery and choose Skip Week before the deadline shown on your My Menu page. Skipped weeks aren't charged, and deliveries resume the following week unless you skip that one too.[2, 3]

For a meal you're unhappy with, contact Factor within 5 days at help@factor75.com or (888) 573-5727. It may credit that meal or, in some cases, refund part or all of it, and can ask for a photo or the meal back first. Cancelling doesn't refund any part of a week you've already paid for.[3]

Factor doesn't publish one per-meal price: it depends on your plan size (6 to 36 meals a week) and any active promotion, and the per-meal price and weekly total update as you build a plan. Its FAQ says larger plans typically lower the cost per meal; premium meals and some add-ons cost extra, and shipping is charged on every delivery.[1, 2]

Yes. Subscribers share a personal link from Feed Friends; a first-time customer who uses it gets up to $150 off across their first 6 orders, and the subscriber earns a $40 credit, for up to 10 referrals. Long-time subscribers may also earn Factor Freebies, each covering a 6-meal box valued at $78 for a friend who pays the shipping — Freebies and referrals can't be combined.[2]
