1. The renewal charge comes 14 days early

   Plans of a year or longer are billed 14 days before the renewal period starts. To avoid the charge, cancel auto-renewal before that billing date rather than on the last day of your term.^{[2, 3]}

2. Renewals fall outside the guarantee

3. No downgrading after you buy
