Bose Promo Codes, Student Discount & Deals

Bose's savings come from its own programs: a 10% welcome coupon for new My Bose members or 10% through ID.me (each capped at $100), Certified Refurbished gear with a one-year warranty, credit for trading in old Bose products and a 14-day price match.

Does Bose have promo codes?

Bose's codes come through its own programs: new My Bose members get an emailed coupon for 10% off their first purchase (up to $100), members get a birthday gift, and ID.me groups get 10% off (up to $100) applied in the cart. Bose's Terms of Sale allow one offer per order, and its Sale page carried price markdowns rather than a public code in mid-October 2026.[3, 5, 6, 10]

Our verdict

Start with 10% off, up to $100: new My Bose members get it as an emailed welcome coupon, and students, teachers, nurses, first responders, the military and other eligible groups get it by verifying with ID.me in the cart — Bose's Terms of Sale allow one offer per order. For a bigger cut, compare Certified Refurbished (one-year warranty, free returns), and if bose.com, Best Buy, Target or Walmart lists your new product for less within 14 days, ask Bose for a price match.

Ways to save at Bose

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. Join My Bose before your first order

10% off, up to $100Low effortNew My Bose members

A free My Bose account with Bose emails switched on brings a welcome coupon for 10% off your first purchase, emailed within 30 minutes of signing up. The coupon tops out at a $100 discount, and aviation headsets, refurbished products and Bose partnership products are excluded. Members also get a birthday gift each year and invitations to member giveaways.[5, 10]

    1. Create a My Bose account on bose.com and agree to receive Bose emails.
    2. Watch your inbox for the coupon — it should arrive within 30 minutes.
    3. Use it on your first order of new, non-aviation products.
  2. Verify with ID.me in your cart

10% off, up to $100Low effortStudents, military, veterans, teachers, nurses, first responders, medical and hospital staff

Every eligible ID.me group gets the same deal: 10% off the whole cart, capped at $100, applied automatically after you press Verify with ID.me in the cart. Because of the cap, the discount stops growing once the cart passes $1,000. Aviation headsets are excluded for every group except the military, who get $100 off them in the cart.[6]

    1. Add products to your cart on bose.com.
    2. Choose Verify with ID.me and confirm your student, military or work status.
    3. Check the 10% shows in the cart before you pay.
  3. Buy Certified Refurbished instead of new

$20–$300 off the original priceLow effortAnyone happy with restored gear

Bose inspects, tests, cleans and restores its refurbished products itself, using genuine Bose parts where needed, and backs them with a one-year warranty when bought from Bose, plus free delivery and the 30-day return policy. In mid-October 2026 the 25 listed products sat $20 to $300 below their original prices — QuietComfort Headphones, for example, at $199 instead of $359. Stock is sold while supplies last, and the welcome coupon and BoseCare plans don't apply to refurbished items.[7, 9, 10]

  4. Ask for a price match within 14 days

The lower listed priceSome effortBuyers of new products on bose.com

If you buy a new product on bose.com and then see it for less on bose.com itself or at Best Buy, Target or Walmart, you can ask for a price match or refund within 14 days — or before you order. It has to be the identical model, in stock and ready to ship, and the comparison uses the listed price plus any shipping. Marketplace sellers, coupons, membership, student, military, teacher or first-responder discounts, and open-box or refurbished prices don't count.[1]

    1. Save an image or link of the lower price.
    2. Contact Bose before ordering or within 14 days of your purchase.
    3. Make the request as the person named in the order's bill-to details.
  5. Trade in an older Bose product

Up to $150–$300 credit, by categorySome effortOwners of eligible older Bose models

Bose's Trade In program gives credit toward select new Bose products: up to $150 for headphones, $100 for earbuds, $200 for speakers and $300 for soundbars, depending on what you trade and what you buy. Eligible models include the QuietComfort 35 II, Noise Cancelling 700, QuietComfort Earbuds II, SoundLink Revolve and Soundbar 700. The new product is final sale, the credit can't be combined with other offers, and Bose eGift Cards aren't accepted as payment.[8]

    1. Enter your old product's serial number on Bose's Trade In page.
    2. Pick the new product and pay for the order.
    3. Send the old product with the free prepaid label within 90 days.

Bose promo codes

Codes and offers kept by David Jones, who keeps this guide's deals current.

Bose sends its codes privately — the My Bose welcome coupon and member offers arrive by email, and ID.me discounts apply in the cart — and its Terms of Sale allow one offer per order. We don't list personal codes; we list only dated deals Bose shows publicly on bose.com, with their end dates.

We don't list Bose codes

Bose's codes are personal, and its rules don't allow sites like ours to publish them — so this guide sticks to the savings above, which work without one.

6 rules · bose.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What Bose says about shipping, returns, final sale and fees, price match, offers and codes and warranty — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Shipping

Free on in-stock orders of $49 or more.

Bose.com ships only to the US, Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, and not to APO/FPO addresses. Standard shipping goes by USPS or UPS Ground and takes five to six days in transit for most orders; express arrives one business day after the order ships, and orders to Alaska and Hawaii are sent express. Processing time comes on top, and the charge for smaller orders shows in your basket before you pay.[1, 3, 4]

Returns

30 days from delivery, with return postage paid by Bose.

Ask for the return within 30 days of receiving the product, which must be bought directly from Bose, in good condition and complete with its accessories, cases and parts. Bose emails a prepaid label; a return sent without its label or RMA number can be refused. Refunds go to the original payment method — typically 3–5 business days for cards and PayPal, up to 2 weeks for other methods.[2, 3]

Final sale and fees

Some purchases can't come back, and some charges aren't refunded.

Trade In purchases, personalized items, products marked Final sale, gift cards and warranty replacements can't be returned, and shipping charges, gift box and gift wrap fees and certain taxes aren't refunded. If a return misses the policy's conditions, Bose can refuse it or charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the original price.[2, 3]

Price match

14 days, against bose.com, Best Buy, Target or Walmart.

Send an image or link of the lower price; Bose reviews it and can decline. There are no rain checks if the item is out of stock at Bose, quantities can be limited, and prices only visible after logging in to a website don't qualify.[1]

Offers and codes

One offer per order, on in-stock items only.

Bose's Terms of Sale say promotional offers and voucher codes can't be combined unless an offer allows it, can't be used on limited-edition products and can't be swapped for cash. Return only part of an order that came with a multi-item discount, a bundle discount or a free item, and Bose may take that value off your refund.[2, 3]

Warranty

At least one year on every Bose product, refurbished included.

Refurbished products get the one-year warranty when bought directly from Bose. The Bose limited warranty covers mechanical breakdown and battery failure, not liquid or accidental damage. BoseCare plans can only be bought with the product on bose.com, not for refurbished products or aviation headsets: the Protection Plan adds two years after the warranty (from $19.95 for products priced $100–$149.99), and the Accident Protection Plan covers up to three years from purchase, each with one repair or replacement.[7, 9]

When to shop at Bose

Sale events from Bose's own pages, each under the months it runs.

  • April

    My Bose Day

A three-day sale for My Bose members — April 21–23 in 2026 — with $20 off purchases of $199–$299, $40 off $300–$599 and $75 off $600 or more on select products, applied at checkout. Refurbished, aviation and Portable PA products were left out.[11]

5 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. Codes skip limited-edition products

Bose's Terms of Sale bar offers from limited-edition products, and bose.com sells limited-edition colors, such as Sky Pink and Hazelnut Taupe in October 2026. If you're set on one, check that your coupon actually applies in the cart before paying.[3, 12]

  2. Trade-in orders can't be returned

The new product bought with trade-in credit is final sale (warranty still applies), and the product you send in isn't given back. If the old product doesn't reach Bose within 90 days, the trade-in order is cancelled.[2, 8]

  3. Check the Sale page before buying refurbished

In mid-October 2026 the new Bass Module 700 was $699 on Bose's Sale page, while the refurbished one cost $749. Compare both before settling on refurbished.[7, 10]

  4. Partial returns can shrink your refund

If your order came with a bundle discount, a multi-item discount or a free item, sending back only some of it lets Bose deduct that discount or the free item's value from your refund.[2, 3]

  5. Price match ignores coupon and member prices

A lower price that comes from a coupon, a membership or loyalty discount, a student or military discount, a marketplace seller or an open-box or refurbished listing doesn't qualify for Bose's price match.[1]
