Credits are counted on your subtotal after discounts, not on shipping or tax, and standard credits expire 365 days after they reach your account.^{[3, 4]}

4. Students: verify with Student Beans for 15% off

   The Education Discount link on Anker's homepage leads to Student Beans, where the student offer is 15% off once you've verified your status. The code works once, only on the US Anker site, one per order and not with other codes or promotions. Anker's Hot Deals page describes its education offer as 10% off for teachers and students, so check the percentage on the Student Beans page when you verify.^{[7, 9, 10]}

Every unit has batteries above 80% capacity and a 90-day warranty, with a replacement or refund available within 90 days. Refurbished prices don't take further promotional discounts, and an exchange brings another refurbished unit, not a new one.^[11]

Blind boxes can't be chosen, returned or exchanged and get no member discounts or gifts; listed new products, including the MagGo 2 Pro power bank, the Laptop Charger Pro and the LABUBU kits, are excluded from other discounts. Member-only prices are for registered members and don't combine with the tiered offers.

1. Ten of one item makes it a non-refundable bulk order

   Anker counts 10 or more units of the same product as a bulk order, and bulk and corporate purchases are excluded from the 30-day money-back guarantee. Product pages apply a bulk price automatically at 10+ pieces, and Corporate Purchase Program goods can't be resold — so check the quantity before taking the bulk price.^{[2, 8, 13]}

2. Free gifts and $0.99 add-ons come off your refund

   Return only the main item from a gift-with-purchase or spend-and-save order and Anker deducts the MSRP of the free or discounted item from your refund; Buy One, Get One for $0.99 orders work the same way. Free gifts can't be returned on their own.^[2]

3. Mystery boxes sit outside the 30-day guarantee

   Anker's refund policy says mystery box promotions and early-bird campaigns follow their own terms rather than the no-questions-asked return policy. Read those terms before you buy a blind box.^[2]

4. soundcore, eufy and Nebula follow their own rules

   anker.com's refund policy sends soundcore, eufy, Nebula, AnkerWork and AnkerMake buyers to each brand's own policy page, and power stations and solar gear have a separate warranty policy. Anker Plus perks apply only to orders on anker.com or the Anker app.^{[2, 6]}

5. The Plus page and the Plus terms describe returns differently

   On October 17, 2026 the comparison table on the Plus page listed a 90-day return with Anker paying shipping, while the Plus terms describe one 30-day money-back return a year with return shipping covered, for annual members only.
