StockX Promo Codes, Discount Codes & Fees

StockX says its promo codes go out now and then by email, influencers and social media, so the savings in this guide come from how you buy: an Offer under the lowest Ask, Listings' flat 3% fee on used or unique items, and fee-free resale when a buy doesn't work out.

Does StockX have promo codes?

StockX says it occasionally offers promo codes through email, influencer partnerships and social media, each with its own expiration date. A recent example on its site, a $10 Listings code that ended on September 13, 2026, was invite-only and capped at 500 customers. On October 17, 2026, the newest entry on its promotions rules page was a sweepstakes that ran June 8–12, 2026.[1, 24, 25]

Our verdict

Before you tap Buy Now, make an Offer below the lowest Ask: StockX says Verified Marketplace fees won't change once your Offer is placed, but a matched Offer is a firm purchase. For used or unique items, check the Listings Marketplace, where buyers pay a flat 3% processing fee ($3.95 minimum), and if a new item doesn't suit you, pieces labeled 14 Day Return can go back for StockX Credit within 14 days, or be resold through No Fee Resale within 90 days of delivery.

Ways to save at StockX

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. Make an Offer below the lowest Ask

Your price, if a seller takes itSome effortBuyers who can wait for an item

Buy Now takes the lowest Ask on the spot; Make Offer lets you name your own price and wait. If a seller's Ask meets your Offer, the sale goes through automatically, and if yours is the highest Offer, a seller can choose to accept it. StockX says Verified Marketplace fees won't change after you place an Offer, and you can edit or withdraw it at any time until it's matched.[3, 4, 5, 6, 7]

    1. Pick your size on the product page and choose Make Offer instead of Buy Now.
    2. Read the shipping cost and fees before you submit: StockX shows the full shipping cost before an Offer goes in.
    3. Delete the Offer from your Buying tab if you change your mind, because once it matches you're committed.
  2. Judge the checkout total, not the Ask

No surprise fees at the last stepLow effortEveryone

The Ask isn't the whole price: StockX adds a processing fee, shipping and sales tax, and on the Verified Marketplace its fees move with the item's price, the buyer's and seller's locations and supply and demand. Shipping depends on the item's price, size and type, carrier rates and your address, and StockX shows it before you buy or place an Offer. Xpress Ship can arrive as fast as the next business day in the US, so compare the delivery dates and fees listed under 'Get it by' at checkout before paying for speed.[3, 7, 10, 12]

  3. Check Listings for used or unique pieces

A flat 3% fee, generally lower shippingLow effortUS buyers happy with used or unique items

Listings items show up beside Verified Marketplace items in search results and on product pages, so you can compare conditions and prices in one place. Listings buyers pay a flat 3% processing fee (at least $3.95) and a shipping fee StockX describes as generally lower than Verified Marketplace shipping. StockX doesn't inspect a Listings item unless you add verification for $12.50 at checkout on eligible items; it can't be added after you buy, and it adds about 2–4 business days.[3, 13, 14]

  4. Use the promo codes and StockX Credit you're sent

Whatever the code or credit is worthLow effortSigned-in account holders

StockX says it occasionally offers promo codes through email, influencer partnerships and social media, each with its own expiration date. Its recent code pages show how tight they can be: a $10 Listings code that expired on September 13, 2026 was invite-only, not transferable and limited to the first 500 customers. StockX Credit from promotions or returns is applied automatically to Buy Now orders, can't be used on an Offer and expires 12 months after it's added.[1, 2, 17, 25]

    1. Sign in to your StockX account and choose Buy on the item page.
    2. On the checkout page, select Add next to Discount Code, enter the code and select Apply.
    3. Turn on Two-Step Verification if you want StockX Credit applied to an order.
  5. Return it for credit or resell it without fees

StockX Credit, or a fee-free resaleSome effortVerified Marketplace buyers with an account

Items labeled 14 Day Return when you bought them can go back within 14 days of delivery, unused, with any StockX tag or sticker still on, and shipped within 7 days of starting the return. StockX's terms say an accepted return earns StockX Credit equal to what you paid for the item, less the original shipping cost. Without that label, No Fee Resale lets you relist a new or unworn Verified Marketplace purchase with no transaction, processing or shipping fees if it sells within 90 days of delivery; StockX notes it isn't responsible for price changes on the marketplace.[2, 15, 16]

  6. Sellers: spend your StockX Balance for 5% back

5% in rewards creditsLow effortUS sellers after their first payout

US sellers are paid into StockX Balance, and once you've had your first payout, applying that balance to an eligible purchase earns 5% in rewards credits. The credit is worked out on the item price and processing fee, not shipping or taxes, and is issued once the item ships to you. Rewards credits expire after one year and need Two-Step Verification switched on.[18]

StockX discount codes

Codes and offers kept by David Jones, who lists only codes the store makes public.

StockX sends its promo codes out occasionally, by email, through influencer partnerships and on social media, each with its own expiry date, and the code terms it posts can limit a code to invited customers and a set number of uses. We list a code here only when StockX shows it publicly on its own site, with its terms.

6 rules · stockx.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What StockX says about shipping, delivery problems, returns, Buyer Promise, cancellations and fees and taxes — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Shipping

Verified orders typically take 5–12 business days.

Verified Marketplace sellers first send the item to a StockX Verification Center (within 2 full business days for most items, 3 for new-release shoes and streetwear, 5 for Supreme), and StockX ships it on once it's verified. Shipping isn't a flat fee: it depends on the item's price, size and type, carrier rates and your address, and you see it before you buy or place an Offer. Listings orders without verification and Live orders ship straight from the seller and typically arrive in 2–8 business days.[7, 11, 12]

Delivery problems

StockX can't change the address once an order is in progress.

Delivery changes go through the carrier, but if you use a carrier's tools to change the address or delivery window, the order is no longer eligible for a StockX claim if the package doesn't arrive or arrives damaged. StockX's terms say a late order alone isn't grounds to cancel, and that a missing or incorrect item must be reported within two days after the latest estimated delivery date, so raise problems early.[2, 21]

Returns

14 days, for StockX Credit, on items labeled 14 Day Return.

The label must show on the product page and in your Buying History when you buy, and it applies to that exact product and size; the item must be unused, with any StockX tag or sticker attached. Returns are reviewed, and one that fails Returns Verification comes back to you once you've paid the return shipping. Listings and Live purchases aren't covered, Guest Checkout orders may not be, and the terms make items marked 'not eligible for returns' final once verified and delivered.[2, 15]

Buyer Promise

Wrong, damaged or not-as-described items: claim within 14 days of delivery.

For Verified orders and Listings orders with verification, submit a Buyer Promise request within 14 days; approved returns get a prepaid label and a refund to your original payment method, and the item must be unworn with any StockX tag still attached. For Listings and Live orders without verification, message the seller first: they can open a return, reject it or offer a partial refund, and you can escalate a rejection to StockX Customer Service.[19]

Cancellations

Offers can be withdrawn until they match; purchases are harder to undo.

A Verified Marketplace order can be cancelled only if a self-service option appears on it under Pending Orders, which StockX's help center says it offers for select orders outside the estimated delivery window, and only for orders placed with an account. For Listings and Live orders the seller decides whether to cancel; if the seller hasn't shipped within 30 days, the order is cancelled and refunded automatically.[6, 20]

Fees and taxes

Verified fees move with the market; Listings charges a flat 3%.

Verified Marketplace processing fees depend on the item's price, both parties' locations and supply and demand, and apply only to the Offer or Buy Now amount, not shipping. US buyers are on StockX's All-in Hybrid model: duties and international fees are built into the Ask, and sales tax, based on your shipping address, is added at checkout. Listings buyers pay 3% of the item price (at least $3.95) plus shipping, with taxes worked out the same way.[3, 8, 9]

5 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. A matched Offer is a firm purchase

StockX's terms treat an Offer (called a Bid there) as binding: once it matches a seller's Ask, you're legally obligated to buy and your payment method is charged. Withdraw any Offer you no longer want before that happens.[2, 6]

  2. A sponsored listing may not be the lowest Ask

StockX's terms say that if you reach a product page through a sponsored listing, Buy Now may match you with that listing's price instead of the lowest Ask. Compare the lowest Ask on the product page before you buy.[2]

  3. Returns pay out in credit, minus shipping

An accepted 14-day return comes back as StockX Credit worth what you paid for the item less the original shipping. That credit is for US customers only, can't be exchanged for cash or used for an Offer, and expires 12 months after it's issued.[2, 15, 17]

  4. Rerouting through the carrier voids your claim

If you use a carrier's own tools to change the delivery address or window, StockX treats the order as ineligible for a claim should the package go missing or arrive damaged.[21]

  5. A failed verification means a wait, not an exit

If a Verified Marketplace item fails verification, StockX generally won't let you cancel. It looks for another seller at your original price, and refunds the purchase price in full only if it can't find one.[23]

Sign in, choose Buy on the item page, then on the checkout page select Add next to the Discount Code field, enter the code and select Apply; the updated price appears before you finish. Each code is subject to its own promotion terms, which can limit it to one use or one marketplace.[1, 2, 25]

On the Verified Marketplace, processing fees vary with the item's price, the buyer's and seller's locations and supply and demand, and they don't change after you place an Offer. On the Listings Marketplace, buyers pay a flat 3% processing fee (minimum $3.95) plus shipping, and optional verification costs $12.50. Sales tax is set by your shipping address.[3, 8]

It can be: Make Offer lets you name a price below the lowest Ask, while Buy Now pays the lowest Ask straight away. You only get your price if a seller's Ask meets it or a seller accepts it, and once it matches you're committed to the purchase.[4, 5, 6]

StockX says Verified Marketplace orders typically arrive in 5–12 business days, because the item passes through a Verification Center first; Listings and Live orders, shipped directly by sellers, typically take 2–8 business days. Xpress Ship items ship as soon as you order and can arrive as fast as the next business day in the US.[11, 12]

In the US, items labeled 14 Day Return when you buy them can be returned within 14 days of delivery for StockX Credit, if they're unused and any StockX tag is still attached. StockX's terms say the credit equals what you paid for the item minus the original shipping. Listings and Live purchases aren't eligible, but the Buyer Promise covers wrong, damaged or not-as-described items claimed within 14 days of delivery.[2, 15, 19]

You can delete an Offer any time before it matches. After a purchase, a Verified Marketplace order can be cancelled only if a self-service option appears under Pending Orders, which StockX offers on select orders outside the estimated delivery window; on Listings and Live orders the seller decides, and orders not shipped within 30 days are cancelled and refunded automatically.[6, 20]

No. StockX says its gift cards don't expire and carry no fees, but they can only be used on Buy Now orders, up to $1,000 per purchase, and they can't be reloaded, returned or refunded.[22]

It lets you resell a new or unworn Verified Marketplace purchase without transaction, processing or shipping fees, as long as it sells within 90 days of delivery. The item has to be in the condition it arrived in, with the StockX tag or sticker attached, and linked to a registered account; Listings purchases aren't eligible.[16, 20]
