1. Buy while a sale is in the banner

   Saatva runs limited-time sales instead of codes, and describes each one — end date included — in the banner at the top of saatva.com. There's nothing to type in: the discount is applied automatically once your cart total qualifies. Saatva notes that it doesn't run a sale at all times, so when the banner is quiet, its email list or a text of BED to 722882 will flag the next one.^{[1, 3]}

   2. Check which order totals or products it covers and when it ends.
   3. Make sure the discount shows in your cart before you pay.

   Saatva's year-round discount takes $225 off orders of $1,000 or more for active military, veterans, first responders, government employees, nurses, teachers, senior citizens and students. You claim it by ticking Discount for first responders & more at checkout and confirming your status through ID.me. It doesn't sit on top of a sale: when a sale saves you more, the cart uses the sale instead.^{[1, 2]}

3. Call for a price adjustment before delivery

   Saatva mattresses are made to order and arrive in an estimated 9–21 days, and Saatva says that up until delivery it will honor a price adjustment if the price goes lower. If a sale starts after you've ordered, phone Saatva and ask. Saatva also says it doesn't know the details of upcoming promotions until they go live on the site.^{[3, 6]}

4. Order through a Saatva owner's referral link

   Under Saatva's Give $100, Get $100 program, past customers share a personal link: a friend who orders through it gets $100 off a purchase of $1,000 or more, and the person who referred them earns a $100 reward. Saatva's help centre calls the friend's discount a stackable coupon. Only people who have bought from Saatva can refer, and the links are personal, so we don't publish any.^{[10, 11]}

5. Claim the cost back from your HSA or FSA

   Saatva doesn't accept HSA/FSA cards, but listed mattresses — including the Classic, Rx, HD, Zenhaven and Latex Hybrid — and both adjustable bases can be reimbursed through Truemed. You pay as usual, answer Truemed's health survey, and if a licensed provider finds you eligible you get a Letter of Medical Necessity to file with your plan. Saatva's page puts the saving at around 30% for shoppers who qualify, since the money comes from pre-tax funds.^[8]

   1. Pay by card, PayPal, Affirm, Apple Pay or Google Pay — not with your HSA/FSA card.
   2. Take the Truemed survey linked on your confirmation screen on the same day you buy.
   3. If you're approved, submit the purchase with your letter for reimbursement.

  Ends October 19, 2026, per the banner on saatva.com. The discount is applied in the cart according to the order total. An extra $100 off (up to $625 in all) applies when an adjustable base or upholstered bed frame is bought with a mattress. The same panel lists 40% off select rugs and $200 off two nightstands. Saatva's help centre says sale discounts can't be combined; its $225 ID.me discount isn't added on top — the cart applies the larger one.

1. Adjustable bases are final

   Saatva's adjustable bases come without a home trial and can't be returned or exchanged, so a base bought alongside a mattress stays with you even if the mattress goes back.^[4]

2. The 365-night trial isn't free to use

   Returning or exchanging a mattress or bed frame costs a $99 processing fee for the pickup. Rugs carry the same $99 fee even though their trial is only 45 nights.^[4]

3. Discounts don't add up

   The ID.me discount and a site-wide sale aren't combined — the cart applies whichever saves more. Saatva's help centre also says sales discounts can't be combined.^{[1, 2]}

4. A stain voids the warranty

   Saatva's lifetime warranty doesn't apply to a mattress that's been stained, burned or damaged, and it covers only the original buyer within the continental US. Delivery crews also won't haul away a stained old mattress.^{[6, 12]}

5. Affirm keeps the interest you've paid

   Return something bought with Affirm and the refund posts to your Affirm account, but Affirm doesn't refund interest already paid. Your first payment may also be due within 30 days even if your delivery runs late.^[7]
