   Ruggable's Offers page lists The Hosting Sale from October 12 to 25, 2026, with up to 30% off select rugs, runners, doormats and decor — 30% is the top of the range, and each product page shows its own marked-down price. Ruggable's terms say discount codes don't apply to sale items, so the welcome code won't cut a sale price further. Eligible sale items can still be returned within 30 days; anything marked final sale can't.^{[1, 10, 11]}

2. Sign up for emails or texts just before your first order

Exclusions apply: Ruggable's terms keep discounts off sale items, gift cards, sample swatches and Spot Cleaner, and they don't combine with other offers.    Ruggable's Two-Piece rugs — Flatwoven, Re-Jute and Outdoor — are a washable cover on a non-slip pad, and covers and pads are sold separately. Ticking I already have a Ruggable Rug Pad in the selected size on the product page switches to the cover-only price: on October 17, 2026 the 6'x9' Lily Pad Meadow design's original price was $249.00 as a cover and $369.00 as a rug-and-pad system, before sale markdowns. A 6'x9' Standard Rug Pad bought by itself was $189.00.^{[9, 11, 13, 14, 15]}

   2. Open a Flatwoven, Re-Jute or Outdoor rug in that size.

4. Claim a price adjustment if the price drops within 7 days

   If a promotion or sale lowers the price of exactly what you bought — same SKU, color and size — within 7 days, Ruggable may give a one-time price adjustment. Ask Customer Care within 7 days of the purchase date, with your order number, a live link and a screenshot of the lower price on Ruggable.com. Final sale items, gifts with purchase and orders from other retailers are excluded, and Ruggable can refuse or limit adjustments.^[6]

   2. Screenshot the lower price and copy the link.
   3. Send both to Customer Care with your order number.

5. Review your order for 15% off the next one

6. Order swatches before committing to a big rug

   Ruggable sells 10-by-10-inch swatches of its Tufted, Flatwoven, Re-Jute and Outdoor rugs: $15 for a kit of three designs and $5 for each extra one. Returning a medium rug costs a $25 processing fee and a large or round rug $40, so a kit is the cheaper test. Swatches are requested through the Contact Us form rather than checkout, and they can't be returned.^{[3, 12]}

Ruggable keeps its current promotions on its own Offers page. Its 10% welcome code is personal and the 15% review reward goes only to reviewers, so neither appears here; we list public codes and dated sales only when ruggable.com shows them, with their end dates.

1. Every return costs $10 to $40

   The processing fee depends on the item's size and type and is deducted from the refund. For a medium or large rug, a $15 swatch kit is cheaper than a return.^{[3, 12]}

2. Codes don't touch sale prices

   Ruggable's terms keep discounts off sale items, gift cards, swatches and Spot Cleaner unless a promotion says otherwise, and offers don't stack. Compare your 10% code with the current sale price rather than expecting both.^{[1, 10]}

3. Express shipping fees aren't refunded

   Express moves an order up Ruggable's production queue, but its fee stays with Ruggable if you return the item. Standard shipping costs nothing in the contiguous US.^[2]

4. Seven days to report damage

   Shipping protection covers lost packages and transit damage, but the claim has to reach Customer Care within 7 days of the delivery date. If tracking says delivered and the box isn't there, Ruggable asks you to wait 48 hours first.^[7]

5. The warranty doesn't cover pet damage or a missing pad

   The one-year warranty doesn't cover damage caused by pets, stains or improper cleaning. It also excludes damage from using a Two-Piece cover without its pad, or with a pad made for a different Ruggable product.^[8]
