Crocs Promo Codes, Student & Military Discounts

Joining Crocs Club takes 15% off your next order and a friend's referral link 25% off your first; students, teachers, military, healthcare workers and first responders get 15% off select styles via ID.me. Collab pairs can't be returned for a change of mind.

Does Crocs have promo codes?

Yes — crocs.com has a Promo or Coupon Code field in the cart, and Crocs Club sign-ups are promised 15% off their next purchase. Codes are often case-sensitive, most can't be combined with other codes or site offers, and they can't be added after you've ordered.[1, 3]

Our verdict

First order? A friend's Refer-a-Friend link takes 25% off full-price styles; without one, joining Crocs Club gets you 15% off your next purchase — and Crocs warns that most codes won't combine with other codes or site offers. Keep the cart at $49.99 or more after discounts for free Economy shipping, and size carefully: collaborations and Final Sale items can't be returned for a change of mind.

Ways to save at Crocs

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. New to Crocs? Check out through a friend's referral link

25% off your first orderLow effortFirst-time Crocs buyers who know a customer

Through Refer-a-Friend, a new customer gets 25% off their first Crocs order on full-price styles, collaborations excluded. The referral only counts if you check out using your friend's unique link. Your friend then receives a 25% off code of their own, with rewards capped at $600 in discounts a year; each of those codes is separate and can't be stacked with other discounts or offers.[9]

    1. Ask a friend who already shops at Crocs for their referral link.
    2. Fill your cart with full-price, non-collab styles using that link.
    3. Check the 25% comes off before you pay.
  2. Join Crocs Club before you order

15% off your next purchaseLow effortAnyone without a referral link

Signing up for Crocs Club is free and, according to crocs.com, brings 15% off your next purchase along with news of new arrivals, sales and special offers. The Crocs Club link leads to the crocs.com log-in page, where Sign Up For Free creates the account. Crocs' coupon FAQ says most codes can't be combined with other codes or site offers, so if you also have a referral link, compare the two on your cart — the referral's 25% covers only full-price, non-collab styles.[1, 3, 9]

  3. Buy several pairs or charms when Buy More Save More runs

20% off 2 items, 40% off 4 or moreSome effortBuying for a family or stocking up

On October 16, 2026, the banner across crocs.com advertised a Buy More Save More Sale — 2 for 20% off, 3 for 30% off, 4 or more for 40% off — linked to the outlet, beside an accessories deal of up to 40% off plus Jibbitz charms at $3 each or $8 a pack, with the discount applied in the cart. Neither banner showed an end date or terms, so watch the cart total change before you pay, and look for a Final Sale label: those items can't be returned or exchanged.[1, 2]

  4. Verify with ID.me if you're eligible

15% off select stylesSome effortStudents, teachers, military, healthcare workers, first responders

Crocs gives 15% off select styles to the five groups it lists — first responders, healthcare workers, military members, teachers and students — once they verify their status through ID.me. Exclusions apply: Crocs says select licenses, collaborations and newly launched footwear and colorways may not qualify.[4, 5, 6, 7, 8]

    1. Open your group's discount page from the crocs.com footer (Student, Teacher, Military, Healthcare or First Responder).
    2. Choose Continue with ID.me and complete the verification on ID.me's site.
    3. If the discount won't redeem, contact Crocs Customer Support.
  5. Keep the total at $49.99 after discounts for free shipping

Saves the $8.99 Economy feeLow effortOrders close to the threshold

Economy shipping costs $8.99 unless your pre-tax subtotal is $49.99 or more — and Crocs measures that after discounts, so a percentage code can drop a cart below the line. If you need it faster, Standard Ground falls from $12.99 to $5.99 on orders over $40. Shipping charges aren't refunded if you return the order, so a paid shipping fee is money you won't get back.[1, 2]

Crocs promo codes

Codes and offers kept by David Jones, who lists only codes the store makes public.

Crocs codes go in the Promo or Coupon Code field in the cart, and Crocs says most can't be combined with other codes or site offers. We list only public codes and dated offers shown on crocs.com — never anyone's referral link or personal sign-up code.

No public code we could confirm right now

We would rather show nothing than a code that fails at checkout. The ways to save above work without one.

6 rules · crocs.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What Crocs says about shipping, returns, final sale and collaborations, exchanges, promo codes and warranty — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Shipping

Economy is free from $49.99; UPS options cost more.

Economy is $8.99 or free on a pre-tax subtotal of $49.99 after discounts, and ships within 2–4 days of the order date. UPS Standard Ground is $12.99 ($5.99 over $40), Express 2-Day $21.99 ($16.99 over $40) and Express Next Day $27.99 ($19.99 over $40); none of the UPS options deliver to PO boxes, Alaska, Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands. Holiday Economy orders to those places and Hawaii aren't guaranteed to arrive by December 25.[1]

Returns

30 days from the purchase date, unworn and unwashed.

Online orders go back free with a prepaid UPS label (other carriers aren't free), or in a Crocs store with printed proof of purchase. The refund covers the merchandise and sales tax on your original payment method — not the shipping you paid. Store returns are refunded immediately but only up to $250; mailed returns take 10–14 business days to process after Crocs receives them.[1, 2]

Final sale and collaborations

Neither can be sent back for a change of mind.

Items marked Final Sale can't be returned or exchanged and aren't subject to price adjustment. Products made for collaborations or special events can't be returned online or in store unless the warranty covers the problem.[2]

Exchanges

Same style only, in another size or color.

Exchanges for website orders are made by mail or carrier drop-off, and the item has to reach Crocs' warehouse within 21 days of starting the request or the exchange is canceled. A gift can be exchanged under the same policy, using the order number and email.[1]

Promo codes

Apply them in the cart — never after ordering.

Codes go in the Promo or Coupon Code field in the cart, and Crocs can't add one once an order is placed. Most can't be combined with other codes or site offers, some only work on certain styles, and a details link beside an applied code lists its exclusions. Codes issued by crocs.com don't work in Crocs stores or on other Crocs-owned websites.[1]

Warranty

90 days against manufacturing defects.

The limited warranty covers Crocs bought in the US from Crocs or its authorized resellers, counted from the purchase date or the delivery date if that's later. Crocs replaces a covered defective product, or refunds it if no replacement is available; normal wear and tear, misuse and unapproved repairs aren't covered.[10]

5 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. The 30 days start when you buy, not when it arrives

Crocs' return window runs from the purchase date, and Economy orders can take 2–4 days just to ship. Try pairs on as soon as they land.[1, 2]

  2. Collab pairs are effectively final

Products made for collaborations or special events can't be returned online or in store unless the warranty applies — and the ID.me discount may not cover them either. Be sure of the size before you buy.[2, 4]

  3. A discount can cost you free shipping

The $49.99 free-shipping line is measured after discounts and before tax, so check the shipping charge again after you apply a code.[1]

  4. Shipping fees stay spent

When you return an order, Crocs refunds the merchandise and sales tax but not the shipping — whether that was an express upgrade or ground shipping on an order under the free threshold.[2]

  5. A forgotten code can't be added later

Crocs can't apply a code once the order is placed, and orders can't be edited — only canceled within 30 minutes. Enter the code and watch the price change in the cart first.[1]

Crocs' FAQ and return policy don't describe a price-match or price-adjustment program. The return policy says Final Sale items aren't subject to price adjustment, and the coupon FAQ says codes can't be applied once an order is placed.[1, 2]
