1. 40% off means no returns

   A style marked down 40% or more is final sale — no return, no exchange. At 25% or 35% off, the normal 30-day policy still applies unless the item is marked final sale, so the slightly smaller discount can be the safer buy when you're unsure of the size.^{[4, 7]}

2. Online orders can't go back to a store

3. Shipping fees stay spent

5. Points don't last forever
