   My Bath & Body Works Rewards is free and earns credit on every $1 you actually pay after discounts — shipping, tax, gift cards and gift wrap don't count. Each time your spend reaches the program's threshold, a Reward for one free item with an original price up to $18.95 appears in your Wallet; up to eight can go on one order, and each lasts 90 days. New members get a Welcome Offer in their Wallet within 72 hours, and a purchase made up to 7 days before you join can still be credited.^{[10, 11, 12, 22, 25]}

   1. Join on bathandbodyworks.com, in the Bath & Body Works app or at a store register.
   2. Online, sign in before you pay; in store, show the barcode in the app.
   3. At checkout, apply the Reward code — it goes to the priciest eligible item in the bag.

2. Claim your birthday Reward and activate bonus offers

   Save your birth date in your Rewards profile and a Birthday Reward arrives in your Wallet on that date, valid for 30 days. It covers one item with an original price up to $9.95 and can be used together with your other Rewards. Bonus point offers in the Wallet only pay out if you press Activate before the purchase — points from an offer you didn't activate aren't added later.^{[11, 14, 18, 19]}

3. Fill up the multi-buy bundles

   Bath & Body Works says most of its offers need no promo code, and several are multi-buys: on October 16, 2026, the homepage's Top offers row showed buy 1, get 1 free candles, buy 3, get 3 free on select full-size body care and 5 for $28 Wallflowers refills. Add the free items to your bag yourself so they get packed, and count carefully — a buy 3, get 2 deal needs five qualifying items in the bag.^{[1, 8, 20, 21]}

4. Reach $50 for free shipping, or pick up in store

   Standard shipping is free from $50 in the contiguous US with no code, but the $50 is measured after discounts and Rewards, and gift cards, Scent-Scription and pickup items don't count toward it. Below that, standard shipping is $7.99, or $10.99 on orders under $10. Buy Online Pick Up In Store adds no charge; orders are typically ready within four business hours and are held for 5 days.^{[2, 3, 4, 16]}

5. Put your one promo code on the order where it counts

   Codes reach you by email, on printed offers and on the website, but only one promo code applies per order, and Customer Care can't add a second one for you. With two codes in hand, Bath & Body Works' own advice is to place a second order. Rewards sit outside that limit, so up to eight can still go on the same order, and if you forgot to enter a valid code, contact Customer Care straight after ordering and it can be applied.^{[8, 9, 15, 24]}

6. Ask for a price adjustment if the price drops

   If something you bought gets cheaper within 14 days, Bath & Body Works gives a one-time adjustment to the current price — for online orders through chat, with your order number and the new price; for store purchases at a store, with the original receipt. It excludes flash sales, promotions lasting 48 hours or less, Candle Day pricing, email offers and Scent-Scription orders.^[7]

   1. Find your order number (online) or original receipt (store).
   2. Check the current price in the same channel you bought from.
   3. Chat with Customer Care, or take the receipt to a store, within 14 days.

Bath & Body Works shows its public codes on its own website, next to offers that need no code, and only one code works per order. We list only codes the store itself displays, with their end dates.

1. A coupon can knock you under $50

   Free shipping is measured on the merchandise total after coupons and Rewards. Bath & Body Works' own example: a $50 bag with 20% off comes to $40 and pays shipping.^[4]

2. Rewards go by the ticket price, not the sale price

   A 3-wick candle on promo for $12.95 still has a $26.95 original price, so a Reward can't cover it. The $9.95 Birthday Reward follows the same rule.^[11]

3. Candle Day changes the rules

   The $50 free-shipping offer isn't valid online on Annual Candle Day dates, and Candle Day event pricing is excluded from price adjustments.^{[3, 7]}

4. Mail returns are at your cost

   There are no prepaid return labels and each order needs its own package. A package with more than 24 items, or items that don't meet the return rules, is discarded without a refund.^[5]

5. Rewards and points run out

   Rewards last 90 days, Birthday Rewards and Welcome Offers 30, and expired ones aren't replaced. Credit toward a Reward expires 12 months after it's earned, or after 12 months with no purchases on the account, and expired points can't be reinstated.^{[12, 13]}
