Vistaprint Promo Codes & Ways to Save

Vistaprint lists its own promo codes on its Deals page, one per order. Steadier savings come from bigger print runs, a cart of $100+ after discounts for free economy shipping, and the military discount or the $59.99-a-year Advantage plan.

Does Vistaprint have promo codes?

Yes. Vistaprint lists its own codes on its Deals page at vistaprint.com/offers, each with an end date, and says codes also turn up on its homepage and in its emails and texts. On October 18, 2026 the page listed NEW20 (20% off a first purchase) and GET50 (invitations and announcements), both through December 31, 2026; only one code works per order.[1]

Our verdict

Take one code from Vistaprint's Deals page (only one works per order) and keep the cart at $100 or more after the discount so economy shipping stays free. Price a bigger run before you order: on October 18, 2026 the Standard Business Cards pricing guide showed 50 cards at $0.20 each and 500 at $0.05 each. Military families can verify once through ID.me for 10% off, up to $100, but that discount doesn't combine with promo codes.

Ways to save at Vistaprint

Ordered by what each is typically worth to a regular shopper — the biggest saving first.

  1. Use one code from the Deals page

Varies by code; one per orderLow effortAnyone placing an order

Vistaprint lists its own promo codes at vistaprint.com/offers, each with an end date, and they expire at 11:59pm on that date. On October 18, 2026 the list included NEW20, 20% off a first purchase, and GET50, up to 50% off invitations and announcements, both running through December 31, 2026. Only one code works per order, so pick the one that takes the most off your cart; discounts Vistaprint applies automatically need no code at all.[1, 2]

    1. Open vistaprint.com/offers and check each code's end date and eligible products.
    2. Design your items, then enter the code on the Cart page and select Apply.
    3. Check the order summary shows the discount before you pay.
  2. Keep the cart at $100 after discounts

Free economy shippingLow effortUS addresses outside Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico

Economy shipping is free on orders of $100 or more, counted after discounts and before taxes. Below that, shipping depends on the products and the address; Vistaprint's help center says typical rates start at $5.99. Some promo codes combine with the free-shipping offer, and Economy is the slowest speed, with delivery as soon as 8 business days including printing, so order early if you plan to rely on it.[1, 3, 4]

  3. Price a bigger run before you order

A lower price per pieceLow effortAnyone ordering printed items in quantity

Product pages such as Standard Business Cards have a Show pricing guide link with the total and the per-item price at each quantity. On October 18, 2026 the guide for Standard Business Cards showed 50 for $10.00 ($0.20 each), 500 for $24.99 ($0.05 each) and 5,000 for $127.99 ($0.03 each). Unsure about paper? The Business Card Sample Kit is free, shipping included, with 16 sample cards, and for quantities beyond the listed ones Vistaprint takes quote requests on orders of $500 or more.[5, 6, 7]

    1. Open the product page and select Show pricing guide next to Quantity.
    2. Compare the per-item price at the quantities you could use.
    3. Order the free sample kit first if you're choosing between papers or finishes.
  4. Military families: verify once with ID.me

10% off orders, up to $100Low effortService members, veterans and their families

Active members, veterans, retired personnel, military families including spouses, and surviving spouses get 10% off their order, with savings capped at $100, plus 20% off design and digital services (Vista x Wix not included). Sign in to your Vistaprint account and verify through ID.me once; after that the discount applies automatically at checkout on every order. It's applied after any sale price, but it can't be used together with a promo code.[8]

    1. Sign in to your Vistaprint account.
    2. Open the military discount page and verify your status through ID.me.
    3. Remove any promo code from the cart so the military discount applies.
  5. Join VistaPrint Advantage if you order often

Up to 25% off business cardsSome effortFrequent buyers and print resellers

The membership costs $59.99 a year and gives up to 25% off business cards, up to 20% off other select products and up to 10% off promotional products, clothing and bags, plus free standard shipping on orders over $60. Vistaprint's own example says it pays for itself once you spend $299.99 a year, or $239.99 on business cards. Sample kits, many packaging products and Logo Maker are excluded, and on sale days you get whichever discount is larger rather than both.[9]

  6. Register tax-exempt status before you order

Tax-exempt purchasesSome effortOrganizations with an exemption certificate

Tax-exempt organizations can email their exemption certificate and account email to Vistaprint, which replies within 3 to 5 business days. The name on the account has to match the certificate, and approval lasts until the certificate expires, or one year if it shows no expiry date. Orders placed before approval aren't covered: the help article sends you to your local tax office to claim that tax back.[10]

6 rules · vistaprint.com, United States

The rules that decide what you pay

What Vistaprint says about shipping, delivery times, reprints and refunds, cancellation, promo codes and combining discounts — the details that turn a good deal into a bad one, or the other way round.

Shipping

Free economy shipping from $100, measured after discounts.

The threshold counts the order before taxes and after discounts, within the US except Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Under it, the fee depends on the products and the delivery address, and the cart shows it before you pay. Vistaprint can't take special shipping requests or use your own courier.[3, 4]

Delivery times

The quoted days include printing.

Economy delivers in as soon as 8 business days, Standard 6, Express 3, and Rush 2 on eligible products and destinations, all counted from the order day. Orders placed after 6pm ET are counted from the next business day. A cart with items on different speeds can be split into separate packages, and the date for each is shown before you pay.[3]

Reprints and refunds

Report a defect within 14 days of delivery.

For a defective, damaged or non-conforming product, Vistaprint's terms let you request a full refund, including tax and a share of shipping, or a reorder at the same delivery speed at no extra cost. Start through the Help Center's self-service form, which accepts up to four photos; Vistaprint says it typically responds within 24 hours.[11, 12]

Cancellation

Possible in most cases until printing starts.

Ask through the Help Center's self-service form, and Vistaprint says within 24 hours whether the order can still be canceled. You choose a Vista store credit, ready within 30 minutes, or a refund in 3–5 business days. Orders that have shipped, were paid with credits or were already refunded can't be canceled there.[13]

Promo codes

One code per order, valid until 11:59pm on its end date.

Unless an offer says otherwise, codes don't cover delivery, taxes, design services or digital products, and offers that apply to the whole cart are capped at $100 in savings per order. Codes aren't single-use unless the offer says so. If you forgot to enter one, Customer Care may be able to credit or refund an applicable discount.[1]

Combining discounts

Neither the military discount nor Advantage stacks with a code.

The military discount works with most sales, applied after the sale price, but a promo code has to come out of the cart first. VistaPrint Advantage gives you the larger of its member discount or the day's sitewide sale, can't be combined with the military discount or total-order codes, and keeps auto-loaded coupons and cheaper delivery offers.[8, 9]

5 catches in the fine print

Watch out for

Where shoppers lose the saving they thought they had.

  1. Discounts count against the $100 shipping line

Free economy shipping is judged on the total after discounts, so a code can pull a cart from just over $100 to just under it and add a shipping charge. Check the cart total once the code is applied.[3]

  2. A code can replace a sale price

The terms shown for NEW20 on the Deals page say a promo code replaces any other offer or sale price. If items are already marked down, compare the total with and without the code before paying.[1]

  3. Fourteen days to report a print problem

Vistaprint's terms ask you to inspect your order promptly and report defects, damage or non-conformance within 14 days of delivery. Missing that window voids the product warranty.[11]

  4. No delivery to APO or military mail addresses

The military discount is open to service members, but the shipping page says Vistaprint can't ship to APO and MPO addresses right now. Plan for a US street address or, where available, a pickup point.[3, 8]

  5. Very large runs add shipping fees

Flyers and brochures from 5,000, presentation folders from 2,000, yard signs and posters from 200, and mailer or shipping boxes from 48 carry extra shipping fees. The cart shows the final fee before you buy.[3]

Vistaprint savings FAQ

Yes: 10% off orders, with savings capped at $100, plus 20% off design and digital services (Vista x Wix excluded). Active members, veterans, retirees, military families including spouses, and surviving spouses qualify after verifying once through ID.me while signed in, and the discount then applies automatically, though not together with a promo code.[8]

Economy shipping is free on orders of $100 or more within the US, excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, counted after discounts and before taxes. VistaPrint Advantage members get free standard shipping on orders over $60.[3, 9]

Vistaprint's terms cover defective, damaged or non-conforming products: tell Customer Care within 14 days of delivery, then choose a full refund or a reorder at the same delivery speed at no extra cost. Start through the Help Center's self-service form, which takes up to four photos of the problem.[11, 12]

In most cases, yes, as long as printing hasn't started. Use the Help Center's self-service form; Vistaprint tells you within 24 hours whether it can cancel, and you pick a store credit (ready within 30 minutes) or a refund (3–5 business days).[13]

No. Only one code applies per order, though some codes combine with other offers such as free economy shipping over $100. If you forgot to enter a valid code, Customer Care may be able to credit or refund the discount after the order is placed.[1, 2]

It costs $59.99 a year, and Vistaprint's own example says it pays for itself once you spend $299.99 a year, or $239.99 on business cards. Members get up to 25% off business cards and up to 20% off other select products, but the discount doesn't stack with sitewide sales (you get whichever is larger) or with the military discount.[9]

Vistaprint says it runs Black Friday and Cyber Monday offers across a wide range of products. Its Daily Deals last only for the date they're advertised, until 11:59pm ET, with no extensions or rainchecks.[1]

Vistaprint suggests ordering photo holiday cards in November and mailing them 2–3 weeks before Christmas. Its delivery times include printing (as soon as 8 business days for Economy, 2 for Rush on eligible products), and custom envelopes can be addressed for you at no extra cost.[3, 14]
