   Lowe's card (some Lowe's pages still call it the Lowe's Advantage Card) has no annual fee, and opening and using a new account brings a one-time 20% off an eligible purchase, up to $100 — if you open it in store you have to ask the cashier to apply it; open it online and you get a one-time code instead. After that, each purchase gets one credit offer: 5% off, or 6 months special financing on $299 or more. Card purchases also get 365 days for most returns, and saving the card to your Lowes.com Wallet moves you up to Silver status.^{[1, 3, 6]}

   1. See if you prequalify on Lowe's credit page, then apply.
   2. Plan the 20% around a purchase of up to $500 — above that, the $100 cap applies.
   3. On later purchases choose 5% off or special financing at checkout; they can't be combined.

3. Verify military service once for 10% off

It doesn't apply to sale items, major appliances, lumber, plywood, electrical wire and other commodities, gift cards or services, and can't be combined with any other discount. Verified members are also moved up to Silver status.^[4]

   2. Online, sign in — the discount is applied to eligible items at checkout.
   3. In store, give the cashier your phone number and show a valid photo ID.

4. Ask for a price match under the Lowest Price Guarantee

   If another local retailer has a current lower price on an identical in-stock item, Lowe's matches it: in store, show the ad, website, printout or photo to an associate; for a price at an online retailer, use chat or call 1-877-465-6937. The comparison includes the competitor's shipping or delivery cost, and the item must be available to ship to you. It excludes Black Friday and other one-time promotions, clearance and open-box items, marketplace sellers, membership warehouse clubs, and price differences between Lowe's own stores or ZIP codes — and a match can't be combined with any other Lowe's offer.^{[5, 6]}

5. Subscribe to the things you rebuy

   Items with a Shop, Subscribe & Save option can be delivered on a schedule you choose, with 5% off select items and free standard shipping. You can skip, pause or cancel at any time; Lowe's sends a reminder, in most cases three days before each order is placed. The price can change between orders — for example when a sale ends — and Lowe's says it notifies you before charging a higher price.^{[12, 18]}

Lowe's codes are mostly personal — the $5-off-$50 welcome coupon, the one-time 20% code for new cardholders and the offers in each member's account — and they're one per household or nontransferable. We list only offers Lowe's shows publicly on lowes.com, with their terms and end dates.

  Valid October 8–21, 2026, in store, on lowes.com and in the Lowe's app, while supplies last; selection varies by location. 35% is the top of the range. The free delivery, installation and haul-away bundle needs MyLowe's Rewards membership and $2,500 on select appliances, and excludes MyLowe's Pro Rewards members and Florida. Excludes clearance, small appliances, floor care, water heaters and room air conditioners. Can't be combined with other discounts, including the military discount, the Lowest Price Guarantee and credit offers. One per household.

1. MyLowe's Money expires after 30 days

   Unless a different date is shown, each $5 certificate expires 30 days after it's issued. Points expire after 365 days with no earning activity, and closing your account cancels any unused rewards.^[2]

2. Appliances: 48 hours to start a return

   Major appliances must be returned within 48 hours of delivery or pickup — 30 days only if they're still unopened and factory-sealed, or if you paid with a Lowe's credit account. Check the appliance before you sign for it.^{[6, 13]}

3. Special financing charges interest back to day one

   On the 6-month no-interest offer, interest is charged from the purchase date if the balance isn't paid in full in time. Lowe's lists a 31.99% purchase APR for new accounts (as of March 7, 2024).^[3]

4. Special orders can cost 20% to return

   Configured special-order products returned or cancelled more than 72 hours after purchase carry a 20% restocking fee, and they have to go back to the store you bought them from.^[6]

5. Holiday décor must go back by the holiday

   Halloween and Christmas items have to be returned on or before the holiday itself (October 31 and December 25), and anything bought after the holiday is final sale.^[6]
