   Dyson shows its reduced prices on its Deals page and puts the dates and exclusions in its promotions terms. The sale running October 11–17, 2026 cut select vacuums, purifiers, fans, a hair dryer and OnTrac headphones by up to $350 — the top of the range, not the typical cut — and left out refurbished machines, tools, parts and accessories. Some deal listings add an extra, such as 20% off select compatible tools bought with the machine or a free set of OnTrac ear cushions and outer caps chosen at checkout.^{[1, 2]}

2. Register your Dyson and shop Owner Rewards events

   Owner Rewards gives registered Dyson owners 20% off the full price of one selected in-stock vacuum, purifier or hair care machine, and covers spares and accessories too. You enter a one-time-use code at checkout on dyson.com or simply sign in and the discount is applied; it also works by phone and in Dyson Stores. The October 2026 event runs October 12–24 and excludes refurbished machines, lighting and named products such as the Plum copper hair care editions and the CameraJet toothbrush. It can't be combined with other sales or coupons — only with free or discounted tool, filter or accessory offers.^{[2, 3, 5]}

   3. Sign in before checkout so the 20% applies, or enter your one-time code.

3. Join Dyson's emails and texts, then buy between events

   Signing up for email and texts from Dyson brings 10% off one in-stock vacuum, air treatment or hair care machine, at its full or reduced price. The catch is timing: it's only for use outside Dyson's promotional and holiday events, and Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Memorial Day and Dyson Events are all named. It's limited to one machine per customer, can't be used with other discounts in the same basket and excludes refurbished machines, the Corrale CoolShine straightener and the Airsmooth styling brush, among others.^[2]

4. Look at Dyson Certified Refurbished first

   The Dyson Outlet sells machines that were sold and returned, then deep cleaned, tested and fitted with genuine parts where needed; any marks left are cosmetic. They ship free and can be paid monthly, but the warranty is shorter than on new machines: 1 year for hair dryers, stylers and straighteners and 6 months for cordless vacuums, fans, heaters, purifiers and headphones. Every refurbished sale is final, so you can't send one back because you changed your mind.^{[4, 5]}

5. Claim the price match promise within 30 days

   If, within 30 days of buying on dyson.com, you find the identical model number in stock and advertised for less by one of Dyson's listed US retailers — Amazon, Best Buy, Costco, Home Depot, Lowes, Target and Walmart are among them — Dyson refunds the difference. You need proof such as a copy of the flyer or the web page's URL. Refurbished, used, open-box, clearance and demonstrator products don't count, and neither do prices caused by an advertising error.^[8]

   1. Compare the exact model number at the listed retailers after you buy.
   2. Save the flyer or the product page URL showing the lower price.
   3. Call 1-866-664-9004 or start a chat on dyson.com within 30 days.

1. Owner Rewards doesn't stack with a sale

   The 20% owner discount applies to the full price and can't be used with other sales, coupons or promotions, and only one machine per customer gets it. If a machine is already reduced, compare the sale price with 20% off its full price before choosing.^[2]

2. Refurbished machines can't be returned

   Certified Refurbished and Final Sale machines aren't eligible for change-of-mind returns — only warranty service — and that warranty lasts 6 months or 1 year instead of 2 years.^{[4, 5, 6]}

3. Marketplace sellers can cost you the warranty

   Dyson can reject warranty claims for machines bought from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. On Amazon, it names only Amazon.com, Allied Hand Dryers and Berl's Commercial Supply as authorized sellers.^[5]

4. Headphones have half the return window

   Dyson OnTrac and other wearables are outside the 30-day policy: they get 14 days from delivery for a refund.^[6]

5. No second thoughts after you order

   Orders can't be cancelled or edited once placed, and refunds on returns take 4–8 weeks of processing plus up to 14 business days. Check the model and color before you pay.^{[6, 7]}
